-Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

-Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

-Standard Shipping within Ontario takes 1 – 7 business days. For other provinces in Canada, please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery. For international orders, contact us to discuss shipping options and timelines.

3. Shipping Rates

-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Responsibility

-We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

-Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
