Refund & Return Policy

At ValueRite African Stores, we take pride in offering high quality African groceries and essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns


-Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Refundable Items - Perishable goods (fresh produce, frozen foods, or short-shelf-life items).


-Opened or partially consumed products.

-Clearance or final-sale items.

-Gift cards and downloadable items.


3. Return Process


-Contact our customer service team at valueriteafricanstoresinc@gmail.com to initiate a return.

-Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

-Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect).


4. Refund Processing


-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

-Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us for assistance.


6. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout, including selecting the correct delivery location applicable to their address.


7. Incorrect Delivery Selection


If an incorrect delivery location or delivery option is selected, we reserve the right to:

-Contact the customer to request a correction, and/or

-Apply the correct delivery fee based on the actual delivery fee based on the actual delivery address.


8. Right to Refuse Fulfilment


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where accurate delivery cannot be reasonably completed.


9. Refunds on Cancelled Orders


If the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or incurred handling costs, a reasonable processing fee may be deducted from the refund.


10. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If issues persist, contact us for support.
