Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver your groceries and essentials quickly and safely. Orders are processed within one to five business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Standard shipping within Ontario takes one to seven business days, while delivery to other provinces in Canada may take seven to fourteen business days. For international orders, please contact us to discuss shipping options and timelines.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments. If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Refund and Return Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality African groceries and essentials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds or returns must be made within three days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen foods, or short-shelf-life items, opened or partially consumed products, clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, and downloadable items are non-refundable.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within seven to ten business days. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout, including selecting the correct delivery location applicable to their address. If an incorrect delivery location or option is selected, we reserve the right to contact the customer to request a correction or apply the correct delivery fee based on the actual delivery address. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where accurate delivery cannot be reasonably completed. If an order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been processed, packed, or incurred handling costs, a reasonable processing fee may be deducted from the refund.
